EOS v3 Perfect Zero Pistol

The EOS originated as a steel frame variant of the popular Ares 4.25 and was initially engineered for the operator who is less concerned about weight than longevity. Early in development, we recognized that the additional six ounces from the steel frame made very little difference for carry and all the difference for "shootability." The additional weight, plus the porting, earned the EOS the right to carry the vaunted title of Perfect Zero Pistol.

About v3 Pistols: These guns “are ours to shape in the image of our highest values and never to give to a lesser standard.” This is the air we breathe at Atlas Gunworks, and the v3 is the culmination of everything we have learned, “no matter how long or hard the struggle.”

We are constantly improving the functionality of the guns, and anything that can be deployed is done so in near real time. Here are the improvements specific to v3: 

• Slides: All v3 guns use billet slides manufactured in our Vermont facility.
• Optics Plates: The optic plate has been redesigned for a more pleasing aesthetic, and we added two additional mounting holes to improve security. While visually different, the v3 plates are compatible with v2 guns, and vice versa.
• Front Sights: We replaced the traditional dovetail sights with an interchangeable Glock-style sight. For shooters who would prefer no front sight, Atlas now offers a simple filler sight as an option on v3 guns. This does not apply to the Erebus (no sight) or the Artemis (retains the dovetail)
• Grips: We redesigned the grips, omitting texture in high-pressure spots and creating more space for the dominant hand. The grip panels have been improved and are also cross-compatible between versions.
• Barrel: We changed the feed ramp angle to improve feeding and adjusted the bore to achieve a higher power factor with the same ammunition.
• Grip Bushings: We are installing the new (patent-pending) angled grip bushings, which will prevent over-insertion of magazines. This allows shooters to use premium magazines without worrying about damaging the ejector.
